"Moqueca" Fish Gratin

With Smoked Haddock, Salmon, Prawns, Squid and Mussels.
In a coconut and lime broth - Topped with Mash.

 

"Chicken of the Woods"

Our Hunter's chicken - boneless and grilled over wood fire 
With wild Mushrooms, Butternut Squash and Pearl Barley.


Navarin of Lamb Asado

A slowly cooked French classic with a special Gaucho twist.
Fully deboned and simmered in white wine with baby root vegetables and new potatoes.

 

Beef Campfire Hot Pot

8 hour pit-smoked Beef Cheeks (Chunky) and Short Ribs (pulled).
With a seasonal vegetable and haricot bean ragù - Topped with sweet potato mash.

Wild Mushroom and Three Bean Cassoulet V

With Parrilla grilled vegetables, coconut broth and Campfire Pearl Barley.
